Lots of people rode motocycles and scooters. This scooter has a roof. | ||||||||||
Advertising was everywhere, including the cabs. | Some had small ads, others were toally painted. | |||||||||
This BMW was hardly more than a scooter with a cover on it. | ||||||||||
The insides of the cabs were huge. Room for two fold-down seats facing the back seat, and three on the back seat itself. | ||||||||||
Evidently London has lots of tourists, many of which have traffic that drives opposite of Londoners (like us). So, when you step into the street you are warned to "Look Right" because the traffic that will run you over is coming from the right. We are so used to looking left first. Not only driving is more difficult, but so is walking. I was forever not paying attention in the right direction. | ||||||||||
